Let’s get to work.

We will start with a free consultation and complementary architecture rendering of your project. For most projects, we are able to turn around the initial design and proposal within 2-3 days of our initial meeting and usually are able to update designs and proposals within 24 hours to the initial proposal review.

80% of our projects are completed withing 5-7 days if the suppliers have the materials in stock. Projects that required custom order materials or are larger in scale will usually take longer to complete.

Prior to contract signing, we will submit any necessary HOA and permit applications for approval.

Once all designs are approved and necessary permits obtained, we will get contracts signed and your project scheduled on our company calendar.

After the contracts are signed and approvals are received, we will complete our project kickoff with you. During the kickoff, we will introduce you to your project superintendent and walk through the project scope in detail highlighting all components of design, installation, materials and timelines. We will openly address any concerns that you have and walk through any installation concerns the delivery team will have prior to beginning the project.

Once the project begins, your team will be dedicated to your home until completion. The only exception is if we are experiencing a material delay or if the ground is too wet to work on. However, if we are not working at your house on a particular day, we will communicate this to you either in person or via text. During the project your primary communication will be with the superintendent for the day to day, if you have change requirements, you will meet with the sales person to determine if these will require change orders or if these items are included in the current scope. Please note, we will do our best to accommodate change orders during the project but some change orders will need to be completed post project due to project delivery timelines.

Upon project completion, the designer will complete the initial walkthrough with the superintendent, address any issues, and then we will complete the walkthrough with you identifying any issues which we will address immediately. After all punch list items are completed, final payment is due.

After project completion, we will have a project check-in 30 days after completion and 60 days after completion. Please note, all landscapes we install are warrantied for one year.

We also offer weekly maintenance solutions, sprinkler system turn-on/turn-offs, and ongoing maintenance for your property.
