New build landscaping is that related to homes that are new and have never been landscaped. We have extensive experience working with new builds and are very familiar with these types of projects.
What We Know
Sometimes, the most important criteria is installing grass for kids or pets, completing HOA requirements, or “just cover the dirt for now and we will get back to this in the spring.”

That, even if you are excited to design and install your dream outdoor living space, the majority of new builds will have extensive settling near the 6-8 ft perimeter and will require extensive compaction, or phasing the project over several seasons to ensure the ground is properly settled before building anything extensive.
At least 50% of new builds will be multi-phased projects due to settling, as well as the investment you just made into your new home.
